It says OpenVPN will listen on all interfaces unless you configure a specific one, but I didnt find this to be true. It only listens on the primary address for each interface. In my case I have 3 public IPs bound to one interface, and OpenVPN could only establish a connection on the the IP listed as primary which is the first one in your Vyatta interfaces config
