I'm sorry should I be in the wrong thread. I am trying to find some hints and tips on how to set up
some home theater speakers. I'm using a 5.8 GHz cordless loudspeaker set to operate my rear speakers. The transmitter is connected to my AV receiver. The issue happens when the AV receiver is in standby. It will send out a small hum. This will stop the wireless transmitter from commencing standby. Generally the transmitter would go into standby if there is no audio sent to the transmitter inputs. The trouble thuswise is the fact that my wireless amplifiers will also stay on constantly. That will squander some electrical power. Though most importantly my speakers will continue to keep giving off exactly the same sound that my AV receiver sends out to the transmitter. I have been thinking of putting in some type of switch to disconnect the audio link between my surround receiver and the cordless transmitter though this remedy does not appear sophisticated. I'd personally appreciate just about any tips.
